Every day: 11:30 a.m. to 3 p.m.
Dinner
Monday to Thursday: 6pm to 11pm.
Friday and Saturday: 6pm to midnight.
Sunday closed.
*4pm – 5pm – Kitchen closed for cleaning.
Internal regulations
This establishment has a copy of the Consumer Protection and Defense Code, Law 8078 of September 11, 1990, available for consultation.
Daily rates start at 2pm and end at 12pm. Extending your stay after this time will depend on the hotel’s availability and an additional cost to be checked with Reception.
Breakfast is included in the daily rate and is served in the restaurant from Monday to Friday, from 5am to 10am, and on Saturdays, Sundays and public holidays, from 6am to 10am. When requested at other times and/or in the apartment, it will be charged separately.
Please note that for consumption in the Restaurant and Bar, payment must be made directly on site.
- We charge a 10% service charge.
- For longer stays, the hotel requests payment of bills every two weeks.
- Visits to the apartment cannot be made without identification and prior authorization at Reception.
- We ask that you take the utmost care with objects belonging to the hotel; any damage or loss will be charged to your account.
- The swimming pool is for the exclusive use of guests and is open from 8am to 9pm. Towels from the apartments cannot be taken to the pool. The hotel has appropriate towels.
- Clothes and/or objects forgotten by guests will be kept for a maximum of 3 months, after which the hotel reserves the right to dispose of them as it sees fit.
- All apartments have a safe. The management is not responsible for objects, jewelry or money left in the apartments.
- Our parking lot is available to our guests and, for greater security, the entry and exit of vehicles is controlled by our concierge. We are not responsible for any damage caused to vehicles or objects left inside them.
- In accordance with art. 250 of the Statute of the Child and Adolescent, minors may not stay unaccompanied by their parents or legal guardian, or without their written authorization, notarized, or that of the judicial authority.
- The electricity supply in this town is 110 volts. Be careful when using electrical appliances.
The management kindly asks guests to:
- Avoid noise that disturbs others;
- Do not put nails in the walls;
- Do not use an electric iron;
- Do not hang clothes on balconies or furniture;
- Give your access card to reception when you close your account;
- Notify reception in advance of the time and date of your departure to make it easier to check our availability.
Payment methods: Cash, pix, credit and debit cards (Mastercard, Visa, Elo, American Express and Diners Club).
We ask that you always sign the expense/hosting notes.
